If you're past your three month mark, congrats! The hard part is over, or so you thought! We are in the same boat. The struggle to find clothes that I feel comfortable and sexy/cute in is so real. Even more so, if you're like me, you find the best option is almost always a dress and cardigan or duster cover up. Top it off with some cute shoes and sunglasses to hide those dark circles from lack of sleep and you're off!
If you took a peek into my closet, you would find all sorts of dresses from maxi's to cocktail's to boho chic styles. Lately, I've loved the floral patterns because they can be dressed up or down with boots, heels (which I rarely wear now) and sneakers. With this baby bump in tow, I am opting for the more comfortable selections that are forgiving around the waistline! Thank you stretchy fabrics!
My advice to any expecting mom out there is to know your assets and flaunt those. For me, it's my legs so I love to wear a little something that accentuates them and as a bonus, it makes me feel sexy and confident as I waddle through the room. I found some super cute duster cardigans at Charming Charlie. They have a great color and pattern selection at affordable pricing.
