Ingredients
¼ cup Kodiak cakes
1 scoop protein powder
1 tbsp beet powder
1 egg
Spash of vanilla
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 tbsp Purple carrot powder
2 tbsp of water
1 whole apple shredded
1 tbsp MCT oil
Toppings
Fresh Berries
Whip cream
PB or choc PB
maple syrup
