These protein banana bars are legit. I love to make this when I have extra bananas that are super ripe because I know no one is going to eat them and I hate to waste food. These are also great for picky eaters.
Ingredients
2 cups oats (if you use quick oats, they will more on the chewy side. If you use rolled oats, they will be more on the hard side.
3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup peanut butter. You can use any nut butter or seed butter
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
1 scoop whey protein powder. I use a flavorless kind.
2 Tbsp Hemp Protein powder and fiber.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F and either line a pan with parchment paper or an oven safe glass pan/dish with oil to line.
In a large mixing bowl, put your bananas in and mash. Then mix all the other ingredients until evenly dispersed.
Pour batter into your dish/pan and bake for 15-20 minutes. You can bake longer or shorter depending on how you like them.
