Fish Tacos Recipe

As a preggo mama, I am always looking for a healthy option for foods I love and who doesn't love tacos? Fish is always a good idea, as long as you are aware of it's mercury levels. The DHA in fish is one of the best vitamins you can give to your growing belly. I put together a delicious fish taco recipe that is easy to make and wildly flavorful.


I recommend getting fresh, organic veggies if you can. Try to stay away from canned options.



Pico Prep:

Diced tomatoes

Cilantro

Onions

Lemon Juice

Lime Juice

White wine vinegar

Salt



Aioli:

Sour Cream

Mayo

Hot Sauce

Garlic

Salt

Pepper



Fish:

Mahi

Adobo

Lemon Juice

Salt

Pepper



Cook the fish in fresh garlic and olive oil on low heat. Flip and cover as needed. Once it's cooked all the way through, start breaking it up and mixing in the flavor.
