I'm always looking for new recipes. When I saw a friend post her homemade pancakes, I had to ask the recipe. But in true Adriana fashion, I adjusted it to make it my own. The consensus of my family is that they are delicious, and I love them because they are also nutritious. So, here is the recipe for dairy free, gluten free, soy free and packed full of goodness:
2 cups of Rolled Oats
2 Eggs
1 Banana
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Almond Milk
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Cook on medium heat. Top with fresh fruits and/or nuts. Add a touch of real maple syrup and enjoy!
