Since launching this blog, I've shifted from solely sharing my experiences in motherhood, offering tips, tricks, and advice for fellow moms navigating the overwhelming sea of information. Now, I'm delving into a new era: The Mom Refresh Era where I'm chronicling my journey as a mom in her 40s, rediscovering self-love, embracing my mom bod, and reconnecting with my identity. Nothing is off-limits, and I aim to spark conversations about the taboo topics that often go unspoken among women.

Beyond motherhood, I'm also a thriving entrepreneur and proud mom of two, alongside my partner Eric, with whom I've shared the journey of the past eight years. After a decade as the Founder and CEO of a digital marketing agency and fashion line in New York City, we made the leap to Miami, where I've transitioned into a marketing executive role for renowned consumer packaged goods companies. Now, we've settled in Charlotte, NC, where we're putting down roots and embracing our best life.
